Location: Minneapolis, MN (North Loop)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hybrid schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries and concerns
  • Oversee projects and maintain client partnerships
  • Generate reports and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems and report generation
