Role Summary: We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who will be instrumental in maximizing customer satisfaction and value from our offerings. This role encompasses aspects of customer success, experience, and support, requiring strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, focusing on insurance policy and claims support.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Self-Service Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to self-service tools and resources.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to innovate and improve internal processes.
  • Digital Proficiency: Utilize digital tools to enhance user experience and drive success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze customer success metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate onboarding processes and training sessions for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role with a focus on improving outcomes.
  • Strong belief in achieving success through customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in customer success or support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems with a customer-centric approach.
  • Desire to learn about sports insurance and athlete safety.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with policies and claims.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and CRM platforms.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong self-motivation and proactive communication skills.
  • Willingness to engage in virtual meetings.
