What you'll do at Jamf:
The Customer Success Data Analyst is tasked with leveraging data and customer feedback to uncover insights that drive improvements in customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. By identifying critical trends and opportunities, the analyst will support the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering long-term loyalty. This role represents an understanding of our internal data and systems, as well as how they connect. This individual will seek to identify leading indicators of success or failure in the areas of sales, customer engagement, adoption, retention, and other areas serving the Customer Success team. This role requires the ability to inspire and effectively collaborate cross-functionally at Jamf.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact revenue performance and customer outcomes
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets
- Create engaging and accurate reports and dashboards
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and gaps using descriptive analytics
- Maintain an understanding of the data visibility needs of the greater customer success team
- Collaborate with other analysts and business leaders to create a data-for-all culture
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss project status and goals
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
What we are looking for:
- 4 year/ Bachelor's Degree in areas of Managing Information Systems, Mass Communication, or Organizational Communication (Preferred)
- Jamf product certifications (Preferred)
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Data Analysis or equivalent experience (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using DOMO or data visualization software (Required)
- Experience making reports or dashboards in Salesforce or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Experience with Gainsight or other CSM software (Preferred)
- Ability to commute to our Minneapolis or Eau Claire offices for occasional team meetings. (Required)
- Strong knowledge of Jamf product offerings and peripheral technologies
- Strong ability to work on assigned and self-directed tasks with an emphasis on delivering results.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written to multiple levels of the organization.
- Skillfully analyzes available data to solve problems
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Expert communicator(written and verbal) and ability to clearly articulate technical information in a straightforward and compelling manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
