Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ticket Seller to join our team at SAP Center and Tech CU Arena. As a Ticket Seller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by selling event tickets and answering any ticket-related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a consistent level of impressive service that exceeds their expectations during all events.
- Accurately sell tickets to guests who appear at the ticket windows.
- Answer event and ticket information.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must clear background check.
- Must be able to wear SSE assigned uniform during all shifts.
- Must be able to utilize technology to sell tickets.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to work with people of all ages.
- Must be customer-service oriented.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time.
- Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals.
- Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation.
- Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice).
