Parking Attendant Role Overview
The Parking Attendant is responsible for overseeing the arrival and parking of guests using our parking lots. This role is event-based, with shifts typically starting two to four hours prior to the event and ending one hour after the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Greeting and Parking Ticket Sales
- Parking Area Maintenance
- Admission Control and Traffic Management
- Setup and Takedown of Cones and Delineators
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
Requirements
- Must be able to wear SSE assigned uniform during all shifts
- Must clear background check
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work with people of all ages
- Must be able to work in outdoor conditions
