Job Summary

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to maintain the highest standards of facility upkeep and operational support at SAP Center and Tech CU Arena.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform interior facility maintenance tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning throughout the facilities during and after events.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all areas throughout the event, including restrooms, concourses, and seating areas.
  • Provide on-site maintenance support during events, promptly addressing issues such as spills.
  • Remove waste trash and recyclables and dispose in proper locations.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift leads, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Participate in the teardown and clean-up of event spaces, including removal of trash, cleaning surfaces, disassembly of tables and chairs, and returning spaces to their standard layout.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
  • Ability to process information in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Ability to think and react quickly in any situation.
