Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide top-notch service and memorable experiences for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Information Provision: Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities to ensure guests have a seamless stay.
  • Cash Handling and Credit Card Processing: Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities.
  • Transaction Auditing: Accurately audit, balance, and report on all cash and credit transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with hotel reservations software.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
