Position Overview

Under the guidance of a Bank or Market Manager, you will play a key role in recommending Associated Bank's financial products to both current clients and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and deepen customer relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and suggesting suitable deposit, lending, digital, and other banking services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various business partners to cultivate relationships that ensure client retention and asset growth.
  • Drive the growth of loans, deposits, and fee income by serving as a resource across the bank, facilitating connections, and providing customized solutions.
  • Achieve individual and branch team objectives while adhering to Associated Bank's Core Values.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through precise processing of transactions and fulfilling service requests.
  • Support the operational integrity of the branch, with flexibility to work in multiple locations as needed.

Compliance and Regulations

This role requires a credit check in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be expected to operate in full compliance with internal policies and relevant laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Recommend banking products to new and existing clients while adhering to established sales processes.
  • Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate business partners.
  • Ensure proper processing of new accounts and actively pursue cross-selling opportunities.
  • Commit to exceeding customer expectations with every interaction.
  • Expand assets under management through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma. Required

Experience:

  • 2-4 years in a sales-driven environment or related field. Required
  • 1 year of experience in a Branch Banker role. Required
  • 3-5 years in a customer-focused sales environment. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Other Banker Certification within 6 months. Required
