**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and culture, enabling you to provide personalized solutions to meet our clients' financial needs.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, driving business growth and success.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements:**
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a team lead or assistant manager role, or 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or collections.
• Strong teamwork mentality, developed through team sports or other collaborative activities.
• Some college education or military experience, with a passion for customer service and a general understanding of basic math concepts.
• Pleasant and inviting phone voice, with the ability to approach strangers like friends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with the ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays, and a reliable form of personal transportation and valid driver's license.
