We are a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Administrative Manager to lead our dealership's administrative activities. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven individual who can oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to supervise and support office staff. They will manage daily financial transactions, including deposits, invoices, and reconciliations, while maintaining and organizing office records, files, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support office staff in completing tasks accurately and timely
  • Manage dealership's daily financial transactions
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three years of office management experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or similar environment

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
