Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Data and Analytics Administrator to join our team at OceanFirst Bank. This role will involve managing and analyzing data within our HR Information System (HRIS) to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR systems, data analysis, and reporting, as well as experience with data visualization tools like Power BI. They will be able to design and implement data visualizations and reporting dashboards, as well as create advanced reports using MS Excel.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a complex, fast-paced organization and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HRIS data integrity
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting dashboards
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with HR systems or IT system management
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Analytics with foundational understanding of people data
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Compensation Package: Estimated salary range $95,000 - $130,000 per year
