We are seeking an experienced Home Care Manager to join our leadership team at Eminence Home Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring seamless service delivery, and promoting high-quality care to our clients.
In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive quality of care and operational efficiency. You will also oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and compassionate workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in operations management within the home healthcare or healthcare industry. A Master's degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is essential, as well as proven leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus an array of benefits including health, vision, and dental coverage, CVS Virtual Care, Teladoc, and more.
