Position Overview:

The Regional Operations Leader will oversee the Wildlife Operations team within the designated area. We take pride in our exceptional customer service and seek a candidate who can uphold this standard. In this role, you will manage the sales and administrative activities of your region to ensure quality service delivery and meet performance targets. The Regional Operations Leader is accountable for the overall management, coordination, and assessment of operations while maintaining profit and loss responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Promptly address customer inquiries and issues
  • Supervise field personnel
  • Implement effective route management and foster growth within company parameters
  • Develop existing management staff and field team members
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of essential documentation
  • Recruit and onboard new talent
  • Guarantee compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Drive one-time and recurring revenue growth
  • Continuously improve profitability
  • Train employees on wildlife biology, entomology, administrative policies, equipment maintenance, time management, ethical practices, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all team members are properly registered and complete ongoing education requirements
  • Manage expenses and establish a monitoring approval system

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely use a ladder according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Lift and carry up to 75 lbs
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.

Additional Requirements:

A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are essential. Candidates must be willing to reside or relocate centrally within their assigned region.
