Position Summary:

As a consultant, you will demonstrate a profound commitment to exceptional service delivery and its capacity to influence client behavior. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding services, whether directly visible to clients or operating behind the scenes. You will assist large, complex governmental organizations in transforming their global workforce, training, and educational frameworks. The challenges you will face are often intricate and multifaceted, requiring the ability to navigate conflicting interests, engage senior management, and conduct comprehensive analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent research and collaborate within a team to prepare and deliver high-quality client outputs in a timely manner.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients by aligning tasks with strategic goals, anticipating needs and risks, and supporting decisions with well-researched, data-driven reports.
  • Effectively manage time to complete assigned tasks, oversee simpler tasks, and contribute to team collaboration.
  • Enhance your knowledge and skills in Technical Assent's Capability Areas.
  • Develop specialized expertise in specific project Capability Areas.
  • Utilize Technical Assent's consulting methodologies and approaches.
  • Share insights with colleagues both internally and externally through written and verbal communication several times a year.
  • Create reusable process assets, templates, and tools to improve service consistency.
  • Support business development efforts by researching customer needs, the competitive landscape, and assisting in proposal initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities and contribute to defining client solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Assent Management to propose change orders or solutions to address identified gaps.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor that aligns with Technical Assent's core values consistently.
