Business Support Services Representative

As a Business Support Services Representative at Capital Group, you will play a critical role in processing incoming investor correspondence, scanning, and interpreting various work types for preparation and routing. Your responsibilities will include classifying and indexing documents in the imaging system for account processing, handling investor check re-work queues, and monitoring email boxes for support requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming investor correspondence and scan documents for preparation and routing
  • Classify and index documents in the imaging system for account processing
  • Handle investor check re-work queues and interoffice mail
  • Monitor email boxes for support requests and respond accordingly
  • Review and interpret source documents to determine work type, priority, and company line of business
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
  • High customer service orientation, integrity, and ownership of work
  • Detail-oriented with conscious processes for guaranteeing accuracy
  • Skilled communicator with ability to ask great questions and share perspective
  • Collaborative, considerate, and thoughtful approach to work
  • High learning agility and ability to adapt to new technology quickly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift and power cart
