Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Private Advisor team within the Rockefeller Global Family Office as a Client Associate. This role is integral to our operations, providing direct support to our Private Advisor team and engaging with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position offers an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate account opening and ongoing maintenance
- Manage asset transfers and financial transactions
- Complete investment subscription documentation
- Oversee cash management and required minimum distributions (RMDs)
- Assist clients with online access and inquiries regarding account activity and statements
- Address life events impacting client accounts
- Conduct administrative tasks as required
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and ensure thorough administration of client accounts
- Handle operational tasks related to client accounts, including performance reporting and trade instructions
- Generate expense reports utilizing Concur
- Process new accounts and maintain existing ones, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are secured
- Manage client cashiering requests, including money market redemptions and wire transfers
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting client seminars and events
- Provide administrative and office management assistance to the team
- Prepare client correspondence and secure necessary management approvals
- Review daily activities and reconcile client transactions with clearing firm systems
- Oversee processes related to client insurance and annuities
- Assist in the preparation of essential documents, presentations, and reports for client meetings
- Attend client meetings as needed and present performance updates
- Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of prior client service experience in the financial sector or equivalent experience is preferred
- Series 7 and 66 licenses are strongly preferred; candidates should be willing to obtain these if not already held
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.

Skills:

- Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with eMoney financial planning software is a plus.
