Freelance HR Coordinator

Omnicom Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Freelance HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding Support: Provide end-to-end administrative support for the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Liaise with offsite employees, serving as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Compliance and Reporting: Complete I-9 verification for all new hires via e-verify, manage compliance requirements, and maintain accurate records.
- HR Data Management: Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and file employee forms, complete employment verifications, and generate scheduled reports on HR data.
- Customer Service: Respond to daily inquiries and requests from employees at all levels, providing timely and effective support.
- Special Projects: Assist Senior HR staff with special projects as requested and provide support to the HR Operations team in ad hoc projects.
- Quarterly Audits: Lead quarterly audits in partnership with the Payroll team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Experience: 1 year or strong internships in a related field.
- Skills: Self-directed, quick study, detail-oriented, follow-through, resourceful, client-service oriented, comfortable with systems/technology, and able to learn HRIS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The base salary for this role is $22-25/hour, with the possibility of additional compensation based on performance and experience.
