Job Overview

Position Summary

As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our retail operations. Your role will encompass leading the sales floor, ensuring that your team adheres to our commitment to excellence. You will play a key part in achieving and surpassing sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

This position serves as a training ground for future leadership roles, providing you with the necessary tools and education to thrive. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to cultivate future leaders and your team's consistent achievement of key performance metrics.

Availability Requirement: Must be available seven days a week to effectively support customer needs and team operations.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, supported by a minimum of 3 years in retail or consumer sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Oversee store inventory management and operational processes.
  • Guide and mentor your Inventory Support Specialist, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of tasks.
  • Manage the checkout experience, promoting our VIP program's benefits to every customer.
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, entrusted with opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Develop team members through constructive feedback and lead performance evaluations.
  • Implement monthly merchandising strategies and plan-o-grams as directed by the Merchandising Department to maintain a cohesive product narrative.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to prepare your team for daily operations.
  • Engage in continuous leadership training to prepare for advancement while identifying and nurturing your successor.
  • Motivate your team with a positive demeanor and high energy levels.
