Position Summary
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to lead our service team in delivering exceptional HVAC solutions for residential and light commercial clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our operations through effective leadership, training, and motivation of our technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide service personnel, including participating in hiring processes, managing schedules, conducting team meetings, and evaluating employee performance.
- Inspire and coach technicians to achieve peak productivity while enhancing their sales and technical skills.
- Provide support for sales initiatives through on-site assistance and bid preparation.
- Assist in the dispatching of HVAC Service Technicians, ensuring optimal technician assignment based on client requirements.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and modern technology tools.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven technical experience in HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong motivational skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
