Job Overview
This role is essential in meeting customer needs both in-person and over the phone. Utilize your interpersonal skills to clarify warranty options, coordinate service timelines between technicians and clients, and promote our extensive range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective service.
- Promoting and merchandising products and services.
- Responding energetically to customer inquiries, both in-store and via phone.
- Exhibiting a strong desire to thrive in a retail setting.
- Demonstrating motivation and enthusiasm in sales activities.
- Assisting with merchandise shipments, tire changes, and store displays as needed, following appropriate training.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Possession of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding sales and complaints to foster retention and loyalty.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
- A valid driver's license is required, with the ability to operate both customer and company vehicles.
- Completion and maintenance of all required training and educational modules for this position.
