Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a sales team in a retail or service environment.
  • Proven experience in a customer-centric, solutions-oriented setting.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and understand their needs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience utilizing financial metrics to monitor sales progress and drive profitability.
  • Ability to network and engage effectively with the community.
