Job Title: Construction Materials Field Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Materials Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing critical materials testing, observation, and inspection services on construction projects that impact the quality of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform field testing and inspection services on construction projects, including soils, concrete, and asphalt.
  • Document results and observations to clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct inspections for foundations, reinforcing steel, masonry, and structural steel to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve materials-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the construction/engineering field.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural and/or civil drawings.
  • Earthwork, concrete, masonry, soil, asphalt, aggregate inspection background.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction materials testing experience.
  • Construction management degree or engineering degree.
  • Certifications in one or more of the following areas: NICET Level II, ICC, AWS, ASNT.
