Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transaction Recording: Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports as requested by management, providing valuable insights into the firm's financial performance.
  • Invoice and Payment Processing: Prepare and process invoices, bills, and checks, ensuring timely payment and accurate financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and identify any discrepancies.
  • Communication and Support: Communicate with attorneys regarding payment status, invoices, and general inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, copying, and other administrative tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Special Projects: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Requirements

At least one year of experience working in an accounting department is required. Experience using Aderant or law firm experience is highly preferred.
