Job Summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Worker Lead to assist management with administrative tasks, including ordering, data entry, filing, and more. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Strong digital literacy required, including Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, and other databases and spreadsheet software.
