The successful candidate will possess a solid background in bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, data management, and document organization. Effective time management, prioritization, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining focus on deadlines are crucial for this position. While proficiency in both Spanish and English is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the daily functions of the HR and Accounting departments
- Provide clerical and administrative assistance
- Conduct data entry tasks utilizing QuickBooks and other software
- Manage documentation workflows and prepare reports
- Perform accounts payable and receivable reconciliations
- Proficient in typing and using MS Office applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail
