Job Summary

The Administrative Support Worker Lead is a key member of our team, responsible for providing administrative support to management and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks, including distributing mail, ordering supplies, and answering phones
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks, such as data entry, record review, and maintenance
  • Greet customers, clients, and employees, and answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office memos and informative postings
  • Operate technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 2+ years administrative support experience
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
