Position Overview:
Our progressive medical device organization is introducing a groundbreaking device that has shown remarkable advantages through extensive clinical research and application. Evidence indicates that patients experience significantly lower rates of disc reherniations and reoperations, along with a reduction in debilitating pain. This innovative technology is set to attract early adopters and pioneers, presenting complex discussions regarding reimbursement and payment, which will pave the way for wider acceptance in the near to medium future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute positively to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Meet assigned targets and quotas as directed by senior management, focusing on cost-effective strategies and budget management.
  • Coordinate training for surgeons in the region, aiming for continuous improvement in adoption rates that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders in the spine field to promote business growth and acceptance of the device.
  • Ensure that facilities and surgeon offices are adequately trained on our Patient Access Program (PAP) and facilitate regular Business Reviews.
  • Manage and streamline the process between PAP and surgeon offices to ensure timely pre-authorization processing for patient access to the device.
  • Raise awareness of our therapy among diagnosing and referring clinicians, including surgeons and advanced practice providers.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate and field personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align priorities and foster a sense of urgency to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Implement and refine the sales and reimbursement strategy as outlined in the Sales Playbook and Success Pathways.
  • Follow corporate strategic direction for account prioritization, focusing on the surgeon priority list provided by Sales Operations.
  • Provide necessary reporting materials and maintain open communication with senior management through the company's CRM.
  • Strengthen and expand existing relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales and financial plans with accounts.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of account sales history, surgeon customers, and their objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of new and existing products, procedures, and programs.
  • Attend industry conferences as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with senior management.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with strong oral and written communication skills and excellent listening abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver, displaying initiative and resilience to drive meaningful change and embrace new ideas.
  • Recognized for high integrity, strong character, a robust work ethic, and a passion for success.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in medical device sales is essential.
  • Preferred experience with disruptive therapies and the spine market.
