Position Summary: As a Territory Sales Executive focused on alternate-site healthcare markets, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our business footprint. Your responsibilities will encompass engaging with both existing and potential clients to introduce advanced diagnostic concepts and implement our GeneXpert Systems alongside a diverse portfolio of over 20 diagnostic tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with various healthcare facilities to identify qualified leads, enhance market share, and boost revenue.
  • Drive demand and facilitate the adoption of new assays and instrumentation to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributor sales teams to promote Cepheid instruments, even without direct authority.
  • Utilize CRM tools to optimize cycle time and maintain comprehensive customer and account activity.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of similar experience.
  • Demonstrated success in selling premium-priced products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays within the sales territory.

Preferred Experience:

  • Expertise in creating demand for innovative technologies.
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within alternate-site markets.

Compensation and Benefits: Danaher offers a comprehensive range of competitive benefits. This position may also include eligibility for remote work arrangements. The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000, with additional opportunities for bonus or incentive pay.
