Job Summary

Dixon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Sanitary division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales and customer relationships in the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and end-users
  • Provide market-based solutions to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and support
  • Manage and grow sales programs within assigned territory, keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products
  • Regularly visit distributors, end-users, engineering firms, and customers to plan activities and maintain relationships

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous industrial sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or better
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to listen to and interpret customer needs and provide sales solutions
  • Ability to establish and build relationships with customers
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated
  • Strong computer skills
