We are seeking a committed Office Management and HR Coordinator to support our operations. The individual will be tasked with managing administrative functions and human resources activities within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative assistance to the executive team
- Help in the execution of office policies and procedures
- Facilitate the recruitment process, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Oversee employee schedules and attendance records
- Ensure adherence to HR standards and regulations
- Maintain and update logs and reports
- Improve internal communication across various departments
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal firm or comparable environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously
- Professional demeanor and respect for confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
