HR Coordinator

At INSPYR Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the human resources team by handling a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions, concerns, or issues; refer complex issues to the Senior HR Business Partner
- Help create and update HR forms and documents
- Schedule interviews, orientations, and training sessions
- Manage employee status updates within the HR system and ensure all records are up to date
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings and coordinating interviews
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with relevant laws, such as I-9 documentation requirements
- Oversee the administration of the pre-employment process
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of HR experience in benefits, general HR, and customer service
- Capable of interacting with employees at all levels
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, state and federal laws, and group benefits
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (JDE, Oracle Cloud) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
