Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our managers and employees, assist with daily office needs, and manage our company's general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to managers and employees
  • Assist with daily office needs, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports
  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Book travel arrangements and submit expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
