Job Title: LPN/RN Care Coordinator/Scheduler and RecruiterJob Summary:

Sanzie HealthCare Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized LPN/RN Care Coordinator/Scheduler and Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling care services, recruiting and hiring caregivers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule care services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
  • Recruit, hire, and train caregivers to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Oversee the new hire process, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Manage employee compensation, retention, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including Medicaid and HIPAA.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with payroll personnel to ensure accurate and timely payment of caregivers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist in training and development of caregivers and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Requirements:
  • LPN/RN licensure and certification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
