Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our managers and employees, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to optimize our budget.
  • Maintain contact lists, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Book travel arrangements and submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Provide general support to visitors, including answering questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
