We are seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to our store's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate Rothy's brand narrative, values, and mission to both customers and team members.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and inspiring the in-store team to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to onboard and mentor new staff members.
  • Utilize internal systems to manage orders efficiently.
  • Foster positive relationships with business partners and facilitate effective communication.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing larger initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Act as a primary contact for keyholders, ensuring clarity in operational processes.
  • Work alongside the Retail Operations Team to train staff on standard operating procedures and expectations.
Candidate Profile
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
  • Adept at listening and providing solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Quick learner with strong critical thinking abilities, able to take initiative.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and results-oriented.
  • Familiar with operational technologies such as Shopify, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible and willing to engage in a variety of projects.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a leadership capacity within retail, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
  • Positive demeanor with a focus on enhancing customer and team experiences.
  • Team-oriented with a compassionate leadership style.
  • Availability to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
