Core Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to boost sales and achieve monthly objectives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by effectively presenting products, emphasizing their advantages, features, quality, pricing, and maintenance guidelines.
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage daily store reports and maintain awareness of operational activities.
  • Proactively develop and sustain client relationships in accordance with CRM practices.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Execute Visual Merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product presentation, organization, and pricing accuracy.
  • Oversee inventory management: handle transfers, receive stock, fulfill orders, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Engage in training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and visual merchandising, as well as team meetings.
  • Assume keyholder duties: maintain cash records, manage daily reports, adhere to opening and closing protocols, and oversee email communications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legal standards at all levels.
  • Follow Wolford standards, including the Employee Handbook, Dress Code policies, and Operations Manual.
  • Safeguard company assets and implement loss prevention measures.
  • Be aware of blackout periods relevant to operational activities.
