Sales and Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed sales budgets and develop relationships with new customers while supporting existing partnerships with customers.
* Identify new project opportunities through your relationships and help our team deliver proposals with a bid strategy that aligns with the unique needs of each project.
* Diligently follow up on bids to drive sales to closure and to accurately scope projects alongside general contractors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
* 2-5 years of military experience is strongly considered as a substitute for relevant sales experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team sales environment and a genuine interest in helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.
