Gearsupply is revolutionizing the concert equipment industry with its innovative "talent & tech" platform, streamlining the purchase and resale of equipment among entertainment, concert, and event production professionals.
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team and contribute to our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with production companies worldwide, expanding our reach and influence in the concert industry.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving an OTE of $75k+ and contributing to the company's financial success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of successful experience in sales or business development, preferably in the B2B or online marketplace sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
- Strong sales skills, with a proven ability to close significant deals and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Driven, ambitious, and motivated to succeed in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
What We Offer:
- $45,000 base salary + uncapped quarterly commission and additional monthly bonus potential.
