Clinical Supervisor Job Description

**Job Title:** Clinical Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

Arcadia Psychotherapy is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor to support our growing internship program. As a clinical supervisor, you will play a crucial role in helping interns develop their clinical skills and find their authentic therapeutic identity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide weekly supervision to interns, ensuring consistent and supportive guidance.
* Review and sign clinical notes.
* Facilitate discussions around ethical considerations and professional development.
* Monitor and evaluate interns' progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for interns to explore their therapeutic style.
* Collaborate with staff to enhance the internship program.
* Liaison with schools as needed.

**Qualifications:**

* Passion for mentoring and developing new clinicians.
* Master's degree in Counseling.
* Licensed in Washington State (LMHC, MFT).
* At least two years of experience post full licensure.
* Experience with couple or family counseling.
* Previous supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.
* Strong ethical stance and commitment to professional integrity.
* Ability to maintain consistent weekly supervision times.
