Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of APPs in the Burns and Pediatrics Service

  • Collaborate with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways and protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in the evaluation and improvement of unit-based education and training programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based policies and procedures
  • Act as a liaison between the unit and other departments to promote effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the State of Washington
  • Master's Degree
  • Two years of experience as an APP (ARNP or PA-C)
  • Eligibility to receive hospital staff appointments for adjunct staff membership by the organized medical staff of the hospital under Medical Staff By-Laws for Hospital-based positions
