Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources Department. This role is essential in overseeing the management of employee benefits and payroll operations within the organization.

As a key player, you will provide comprehensive support to employees while ensuring the accurate maintenance of the HRIS system (Paylocity) and facilitating communication among various school leaders, departments, and external vendors.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week; typically Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM; the majority of work will be conducted on-site, with potential flexibility in start and end times to accommodate faculty and staff presence.

This position requires an individual who is meticulous, service-oriented, and resourceful.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter, review, and extract data using various modules of the Paylocity HRIS/payroll system and other organizational records. This ensures that employee benefits and compensation are processed accurately, providing real-time data for informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.

2. Deliver timely support and information to employees regarding their compensation and benefits through conversations, email exchanges, and documented communications throughout their employment journey.

3. Collaborate with a team of professionals, including supervisors, benefits brokers, and external vendors, to address regular updates and inquiries.

4. Stay informed about regulations, policy changes, and workforce trends that influence compensation and benefits practices within the educational sector.

5. Gather information from partner organizations, conduct independent research, and utilize available resources to propose updates and modifications for the organization.
