Executive Director of Compensation and Benefits

As a key member of the Green Thumb leadership team, the Senior Vice President, Data Management will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategy.
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing total rewards programs that align with the company's business objectives and attract top talent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience in both broad-based and executive compensation.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing total rewards programs that align with the company's business objectives
- Managing the equity programs, including maintenance of data and administration of participant equity plan transactions
- Partnering with Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen and simplify policies, systems, and processes
- Collaborating with legal and finance teams on regulatory matters to ensure compliance with all compensation and operational regulations
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA or JD a plus. They will also have a strong understanding of the Medical Marijuana laws, rules, and regulations, and a passion for furthering their knowledge of the industry.
