Compensation Manager

At Wells Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain compensation programs that align with our company's compensation philosophy and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of TR to design, develop, and oversee executive compensation programs, ensuring they are strategically focused and effective in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Manage the administration of compensation and selected executive programs, including base pay management, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and policies for compensation programs, providing recommendations for effective interface with performance management and human resource programs.
  • Manage annual salary adjustments and merit increases, ensuring market pay for positions is evaluated and implemented as needed.
  • Serve as project manager for key compensation initiatives, coordinating with compensation and HRMS staff to ensure effective implementation of compensation policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the sales compensation governance committee and provide expertise and administrative support to committee members in the oversight and administration of sales compensation and sales incentive programs.
  • Manage multiple compensation projects to implement strategic initiatives for total reward programs, selecting and managing vendors, brokers, and consultants, developing and monitoring budgets, and managing HR service partner contracts.
  • Direct the design and development of compensation communication strategies and programs to enable employee understanding of compensation programs and their relationship to business strategy.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in compensation management, and excellent communication and project management skills.
