Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Richmond, VA. This is a contract opportunity for a professional company that requires administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the office and specific departments as needed
- Maintain common areas, restock supplies, and perform various administrative duties
- Answer phones, schedule meetings, greet clients, and handle mail and packages
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via email and phone
- Perform tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Prepare equipment and common workrooms daily, including inventory management
- Assist with coordinating office meetings, events, and errands
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed oriented, able to work independently, and possess excellent organizational skills
- Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on the location and requirements of the position.
