We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Syntegon Technology. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating field service activities, ensuring efficient scheduling and deployment of our team members.

About the Role:

  • Schedule and coordinate field service activities to meet contractual obligations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the field service team, providing direction and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Develop estimates for customers, tracking offers and follow-up communications.
  • Create and manage workbooks for the field service team, reviewing reports and implementing necessary actions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in Field Service, Project Coordination, or Schedule Planning preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, in a business environment.
  • Planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional telephone etiquette essential.
