**Job Description**

A Move Coordinator plays a vital role in our company's success, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and facilitating the coordination of household moves. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Service Skills**: Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Communication Skills**: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills**: Identify and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: Proficient in Microsoft-based computer products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required. Two years of customer service/sales experience and/or training preferred.
