Job Overview

LSI Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the Lean Transformation Plan at our ADL Technology facility, managing all continuous improvement activities, and supervising the continuous improvement team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement. They will be responsible for providing direct end-to-end support and leadership to achieve significant improvements to safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will use data and statistical analysis methods to drive continuous improvement decisions and activities throughout the organization. They will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching plant leadership, green belts, and other functional departments on Lean/DMAIC/DFSS methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Lean Transformation Plan
  • Manage all continuous improvement activities and supervise the continuous improvement team
  • Provide direct end-to-end support and leadership to achieve significant improvements to safety, quality, productivity, and cost
  • Mentor and coach plant leadership, green belts, and other functional departments on Lean/DMAIC/DFSS methodologies
  • Assist in the development of manufacturing processes, including standard work, work instructions, cell layout, material presentation, control plans, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of experience at a BB level with sustained demonstrable results
  • ASQ and Lean Certification a plus
