**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct operational assessments and efficiency studies to optimize resource utilization
* Provide technical advice and support to the continuous improvement efforts of the medical center
* Facilitate process improvement teams to achieve improved operational performance
* Develop and implement tools and processes used in process improvement

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, process improvement, or related field
* Minimum of two years of experience in continuous improvement
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Knowledge of databases, computer software, and graphics
* Green Belt certification preferred
