Strategic HR Leader for Continuous Improvement

The estimated salary for this position is $124,000-$160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic HR leader to oversee and lead the HR Shared Services team, inclusive of the HR Resource Center (HRRC) and the Associate Advocacy Center (AAC).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional service and support to OhioHealth associates, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business outcomes and improve associate engagement
- Lead the HR Shared Services team to deliver exceptional service and support to OhioHealth associates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain a culture of continuous learning and development
- Oversee the HR Resource Center (HRRC) and the Associate Advocacy Center (AAC) to provide support and resources to associates
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and OhioHealth policies and procedures
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a healthcare organization
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes and improving associate engagement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans
- Familiarity with HR systems and technologies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare industry trends
