Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medicaid Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at the Ohio Department of Medicaid. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for Medicaid recipients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care for Medicaid recipients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to healthcare providers on quality improvement best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and state agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
